2016 Xmas Rock-POP music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A brand new 2016 Christmas rock track has been written, composed and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key purpose of bringing attention and exposure for the Phuket island charity and Orphanage that Mark supports. The songs title is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs genre is a special up-tempo rock/rock-pop track. Mark wrote and partially studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and has kept the demo guide since then awaiting the opportunity to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark started the studio recording process and used session players to record the tune over a 6 week period. The track consists of 8 differant tracks and all session musicians were from the Philippines, including the female lead singer ‘Micah Javier’.
Although I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was done in the USA because of Mark wanted the very best result and quality. The song is now ready to be listened to and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site.
The main purpose of recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many people to the Tsunami Day site as possible and then ideally in-turn they’ll be good enough to give to at least one or any of the Phuket charities, and to also buy the track.
One other absolute goal is to have enough downloads of the song to help fund and setup a Phuket live music club with open stage and studio / training room on Phuket, that’ll present free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged children from the neighborhood colleges and orphanages. To date ‘La QingTing’ is not open right now but the website is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day website to promote his tune Tsunami Day which was influenced from his own particular experiences while he was living in Patong in 2004 once the Tsunami devistated Patong on boxing day. Much like ‘I’m Coming Home For Xmas’the song Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and .
