Don’t trust the normal middle-class employee unless you can motivate your ex straight into expanding their thoughts and be an abundance creator rather than a follower. You can’t trust the growing lower income bracket having an entitlement mentality. They are partly responsible for our sick economy. The entitlement mentality won’t create anything unless they are able to drastically change their beliefs about work and wealth. We need to help motivate others to move to an advaced status and realize their full potential but help the living and do not try and improve the dead. When you have a worker with great work ethic and imagination, cause them to chase their dreams.
As Constantino Bonaduce need to accept down to growing a prosperous business without making excuses. No whining, just get busy. Promote the entrepreneurial spirit. As small businesses and wealth builders we need to collectively take on the responsibility for healing a sick economy. It will take working longer and smarter while taking on more risk. But collectively we because major employer within this country should boost for the plate. Find and hire one or more more person with some work ethic that can learn and implement concepts of making wealth.
Wealth and success are made with imagination fueled by hard work. When someone has neither an imagination nor a powerful work ethic, they’ll never create wealth. They need to somehow believe it is within themselves, or begin with the basics by trying to stimulate gets into something that may drive them to another level.
Wealth potential is unlimited. Too many simple minded people feel that wealth for one can only be realized if wealth from another is revoked. This is the mentality in the entitlement mindset, not the creator mindset that chose to make this country great.
Being a small business operator myself, I struggle everyday looking for new methods to contact new customers. We have been a tile grout restoration company. I’m certain there are far more lucrative business opportunities available however, this is exactly what I choose and i’m committed to so that it is work. We aren’t perfect but we have been still learning and growing.
This is my attempt to give a little encouragement and motivation to the private business owner out there. To have an economic recovery to happen recognize that it can be as much as us when it is being.
