Here is the second Poly Macau Art Auction, following a first auction organized earlier this year.
Sabrina Ho, director of Poly Macau and Sabrina ho and Angela Leong, declared that the wedding is co-organized by Poly Macau and Chiu Yeng Culture. “I hope that a group of cultural events [organized by the two companies] will bring to Macau new aspects that will enable to keep the diversification from the economy,” said Ho, who also expects that artists and art collectors worldwide continually support Macau being an art platform.
“We continually bring Macau more diversified cultural activities, and [will support] Macau to develop itself like a global art platform,” said Ho and “hopefully that Macau may become a well- known art capital later on.”
Regency Hotel opened in 1983 and it has suffered with past business closures. Ho, however, hopes to change it into an art form hotel. “In Macau, there could be many resplendent big hotels, though the amount of hotels which are employed for art as well as some creational events is, in reality, less than great,” said Ho.
Currently, Regency Hotel just isn’t running any casinos, which, in accordance with Ho, creates a different atmosphere in comparison with other hotels. She also thinks that guests remaining in this hotel are more “private.”
The “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair” will likely be held in the Regency Hotel until November 27. A total of 60 exhibition halls will likely be arranged to show art pieces from 60 artists born after 1975.
Ho claims that only a number of hotels are prepared to provide teenagers rooms and invite teenagers to create the rooms for the children.
