Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is made of the plastic bottles (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are manufactured from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles they’re further broken into :
sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres
Then it is, made into a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric referred to as stitch bond fabric through the use of good quality polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining from the thread and loose fibre is actually a stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 percent local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is created by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue might be added to change the physical aspect in order to create the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics can be found in different widths and weights, based on the clients requirements.
