It’s known back in 1991 during school project Chad Brown of Minnesota came up with name “Everyday Deals”. Down the road in 1997 in the Home Business boom he made a decision to start the business enterprise “Everyday Deals ®”. Chad Brown who owns Everyday Deals started selling products from SMC catalogs. Starting his business as a small-time home-based business drop shipper. From a little while of success selling products away from his home. In 1998 Chad Brown decided to invent his company name and manufacturer which became Everyday Deals ®.
Then he expanded online and purchased the domain name everydaydeals.com where he was to upload his store to the web. After which he filed for legal ownership of the business name “Everyday Deals”. The state business “Everyday Deals” was started in 1998 by Chad Brown of Shakopee, Minnesota … While he registered the business name “Everyday Deals” over the Secretary of State in Minnesota. As he expanded to the internet Everyday Deals created itself an individual website store. Later after being contacted by many people vendors on the internet. Everyday Deals thought we would turn the only store into a online mall that housed multiple vendors. Now Everyday Deals sells various products & services from A-Z. Mainly through catalogs, ads, classifieds, email, word of mouth marketing, auctions, online auctions, internet vendors, along with person.

On 04/25/1998 the word “Everyday Deals” was officially registered like a “Domain Name”. This domain location started hosting the website & store. That’s where customers buy / sell great products, services & daily deals at incredibly the best prices every single day. 08/27/2007 Everyday Deals progressed and upgraded its business into a corporation with the state of Minnesota. *04/01/2008 “Everyday Deals, Co.”. Everyday Deals of Minnesota was granted its first USTPO government registered trademark on its bestselling “brand name” products (#77188836).
Everyday Deals registered another trademark now with the state of Minnesota for the “word or phrase” “Everyday Deals” on 06/12/2008 (2891978-2) That point on 11/29/2009 Chad Brown / Everyday Deals of Minnesota then was granted the trademark word or phrase “Everyday Deals” and also the official company name “Everyday Deals” through the U.S. government. (#3688155) & (#3688130). After that time 10/15/2013 Chad Brown / Everyday Deals, Co. of Minnesota signed paperwork in Minnesota to officially convert its very long time business to a Limited Liability Corporation. Officially now registered as Everyday Deals, LLC …
