Kyle Cooper has spent nearly all his adult life serving his country inside the Marine Corps. Among Kyle’s biggest responsibilities would have been to keep his men trained plus top physical condition. For higher than a decade, he caused marines on combat effectiveness and physical readiness. It’s no exaggeration to say that when looking at fitness, Kyle had been an expert.

The intelligence was inaccurate, though, and when Kyle and some of his men entered a small rear portion of a cave, they were caught inside a bomb blast. Kyle and the other young marine survived, one of his men, a nationwide Guardsmen that were assigned to him was killed.
Kyle blamed himself because he knew that the man’s poor physical condition had made him not fast enough to evade the destructive blast. It seemed it doesn’t matter what he did, these Guardsmen weren’t getting in any better shape. This was strange to kyle cooper fitness, is not just about all about fitness, roughly he thought.
Then Kyle met a new Korean medical student named Sam Pak and his world changed. Sam introduced Kyle to some revolutionary scientific evidence that led the two men to make a new weight reduction system that Kyle later known as the Fat Decimator.
