Don’t rely on the normal middle class employee unless you can motivate him or her into expanding their thoughts and turn into plenty creator rather than follower. You definitely can’t count on the growing lower income bracket with an entitlement mentality. They are partly responsible for our sick economy. The entitlement mentality won’t create anything unless they could drastically change their beliefs about work and wealth. We have to help motivate others to move to an advaced status and realize their full potential but assist the living and don’t try and boost the dead. When you have an employee with great work ethic and imagination, cause them to follow their dreams.
As entrepreneurs we have to accept the responsibility of growing a prosperous business without making excuses. No whining, just get busy. Promote the entrepreneurial spirit. As small businesses and wealth builders we have to collectively accept the obligation for healing a sick economy. It should take working longer and smarter while signing up for more risk. But collectively we since the major employer on this country should step-up on the plate. Find and hire a minumum of one more person with many work ethic that can learn and implement concepts of producing wealth.
Wealth and success are created with imagination fueled by work. If someone has neither an imagination nor a solid work ethic, they are going to never build a fortune. They have to somehow find it within themselves, or start with the basics if you attempt to stimulate strikes that can bring them to another level.
Wealth potential is unlimited. A lot of simple minded people believe wealth for starters could only becoming reality if wealth from amazing . revoked. This is actually the mentality of the entitlement mindset, not the creator mindset that made this country great.
As being a small company owner myself, I struggle everyday seeking new approaches to get in touch with clients. We are a tile grout restoration company.
