The songs contains 8 differant tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the female lead singer ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was done in the United States because of Mark needed the very best outcome and quality. The track ready to be listened to and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site.
The main goal of studio recording I’m coming home for Xmas is to bring as many people to the Tsunami Day web site as we are able to and then we hope in-turn they’ll be good enough to help to 1 or all of the Phuket charities, and to also download the song.
The other definitive goal is to be able enough downloads of the song to help fund and create a Phuket live music cafe with open stage and studio / training room on Phuket, that will provide free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged children from the neighborhood colleges and orphanages. Up to now ‘La QingTing’ is not currently open yet but the web site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
